I’ve started to get into the television show Brothers and Sisters on ABC. Good entertainment, and I have always loved Sally Field’s work.
Lately, they’ve been toying with a story line wherein the central family of characters finds out that old dead dad had another kid they never knew about … a girl. The girl is in her early 20’s, as is one of the sons. The girl has now moved in with them and she and the son are getting mighty, mighty close.
I just wonder how far series runner Greg Berlanti has the nerve to take this plot line. The farther, the better, because it most certainly hasn’t been tried before, and I respect the creativity. If he goes for it, maybe he should consider directing the movie version of THE FOURTH HOUSE.
